Android is an operating system founded by Andy Rubin,Rich Miner and Nick Sears in October,2003.
Over the years it has become the most used operating system by smartphone users.According to a servey 87.5% of the smartphones in the world are now running on Android.
Like other products this OS has also come up with various versions the latest being Android 10.The other Android versions are as follows-

  1. Android 9 Pie
  2. Android 8 Oreo
  3. Android 7 Naugat
  4. Android 6 Marshmallow
  5. Android 5 Lollipop and so on....

Many of the users,using android phones don't really know that what version of android they are using.Due to this they are unable to take benefit of various features a Android phone.To know your android version follow the below steps-
  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select About Phone option

  3. Continuously tap on Android Version

  4. Your phone's Android version appears on screen
